Welcome to Paze. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platforms, mobile applications, services, and any related products offered by Paze (“Paze”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1Definitions
- •“Client”, “User”, “You” refers to any individual or business using our website or services.
- •“Services” refers to all digital services provided by Paze including software development, mobile apps, SaaS products, marketing, design, automation, maintenance, hosting, and consulting.
- •“Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions along with any project contract, proposal, invoice, or scope of work mutually signed.
2Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or engaging Paze for any service, you confirm:
- You are legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will comply with local laws and regulations in the Pakistan or in your respective region.
3Services We Provide
Each service is governed by a separate proposal/SOW and contract signed between Paze and the client.
4Intellectual Property
All code, designs, UI/UX, content, strategies, and digital assets created by Paze remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After complete project settlement, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client only for the scope defined in the contract.
Paze retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.
5Client Responsibilities
Provide timely access to information, content, approvals, and feedback necessary for project execution.
Ensure all materials shared with Paze (logos, images, APIs, credentials, etc.) are legally owned or licensed.
Maintain confidentiality of their own login credentials or admin access.
Failure to provide timely feedback or assets may result in project delays and rescheduling.
6Payments & Fees
All invoices issued by Paze must be paid according to the payment schedule. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
7Refunds
Paze does not offer refunds for services already initiated or partially completed. Cancelled projects require immediate settlement of any remaining invoices for completed milestones.
8Revisions
Revisions are limited as per the agreed scope. Requests outside the agreed scope will be treated as Change Requests (CRs) and quoted separately.
9Third-Party Tools
Paze is not responsible for third-party downtime, pricing changes, or API limitations. Any third-party costs will be borne by the client.
10Data Privacy & Security
Paze follows industry-standard security practices ensuring confidential handling of client data and restricted access to sensitive info.

11Limitation of Liability
Paze total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the concerned service.
12Service Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unavoidable outages may occur.
13Termination
Paze may suspend or terminate access if payments are overdue or if there is misuse of platforms/servers.
14Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business information, designs, and internal communications confidential unless legally required.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of the applicable state.
